Get your society up and running. Learn how to register, invite members, and complete profiles.
For Society Owners
Registering your society
Start by creating the society owner account. Add your society name, your contact email, and a password, then submit the form to get a confirmation email.
First-time setup
After confirming your email, you land in the admin dashboard. From here you can invite members, set up your first season, and start adding courses.
Inviting Members
Creating an invite link
Open Admin > Members and click Invite to generate a shareable link. You can copy it straight into WhatsApp, email, or any group chat.
Invite expiry
Invite links expire after 30 days for security. If a link expires, just generate a new one from the Members page.
Joining via Invite
New users
New members follow the invite link, create their account, confirm their email, then complete their profile to join the society.
Existing users
Existing users follow the invite link and sign in. Once verified, they accept the invite and land in the society dashboard.
Profile Completion
Required fields
Profiles require full name, contact number, golf club (if a member), and handicap to be eligible for events and standings.
Adding a profile photo
Upload a profile photo from the Profile page. You can replace it any time and it will update across the app.
