How do invites work?
Use the Invite button to share a join link or send an email invite. New members confirm their email and complete onboarding before joining your society.
Do I need a season before creating events?
Yes. Seasons define the overall scoring window and are required before adding events. A season could represent a year, half-year, or quarter. It's up to you!
What's required to create an event?
Pick an event window, assign planned rounds, and set up the first round with a course, tees, date, and tee time.
How do courses get verified?
Admins can add courses and tees. A course is verified once it has complete tee and hole data.
Can players score on their phones?
Yes. The app is designed mobile-first so players can enter scores while playing.
Where can I edit member profiles?
Members can edit their profile from the Member Dashboard. Admins can update member details from the Members page.
