RSVPing to Events

Members can respond Yes, No, or Maybe so you can plan groups with confidence.

Responses are accepted only between the open and close dates set by admins.

Members can update their RSVP up until the window closes.

Capacity is based on the number of groups and players per group you set.

When capacity is full, new Yes RSVPs are added to a waitlist.

Positions follow RSVP time order so it stays fair and transparent.

When a spot opens, the next person on the waitlist can be promoted.

Promoted members are marked pending until they confirm.

Accept to lock in your place or decline to free the spot for others.

Admins can submit an RSVP for members who are offline or need help.

Admins can mark members as paid to track entry fees.

Admins can promote waitlisted members as spaces open up.

Track attendance, no-shows, and walk-ups after the event.

Players who show up on the day without an RSVP.

Walk-ups can start scoring, which creates a Yes RSVP.
